Fluid Flush Service and Repair

At Top Gear Motors, our fluid services are designed to help maintain proper vehicle operation, protect expensive components and reduce the likelihood of premature wear or costly repairs.
Our fluid inspection, flush and replacement services may include:
- Engine Oil & Filter Service – Replace worn or contaminated engine oil and install a new filter using the proper manufacturer-specified oil type and viscosity.
- Transmission Fluid Service – Inspect transmission-fluid level and condition and replace the fluid when recommended to help maintain proper lubrication, cooling and shifting performance.
- Coolant / Antifreeze Service – Replace aged or contaminated coolant to help regulate engine temperature and protect the cooling system against corrosion and overheating.
- Brake Fluid Flush – Remove old brake fluid that may have absorbed moisture and replace it with the proper specification fluid to help maintain dependable hydraulic braking performance.
- Power Steering Fluid Service – Inspect and replace power-steering fluid on applicable vehicles to help protect the pump, steering rack and other hydraulic steering components.
- Differential Fluid Service – Replace front and/or rear differential fluid to provide proper lubrication and protection for gears, bearings and other internal components.
- Transfer Case Fluid Service – Replace transfer-case fluid on applicable AWD and 4WD vehicles to help protect internal gears, chains, bearings and related components.
- Clutch Hydraulic Fluid Service – Inspect and replace hydraulic clutch fluid on applicable manual-transmission vehicles to help maintain proper clutch operation and pedal feel.
- Fluid Leak Inspection – Inspect accessible hoses, seals, gaskets, reservoirs, lines and components for signs of fluid leakage.
- Fluid Level Inspection – Check applicable vehicle fluids and identify low levels that could indicate leakage, consumption or another mechanical concern.
- Fluid Condition Inspection – Inspect fluid for discoloration, contamination, debris, burnt odor or other signs that additional service or diagnosis may be necessary.
- Manufacturer-Specified Fluids – Use the appropriate fluid type and specification required for the vehicle whenever performing a fluid service.
- Post-Service Inspection – Verify fluid levels and inspect serviced areas for leakage or other concerns after applicable services are completed.
Why Fluid Maintenance Matters
Vehicle fluids do much more than simply lubricate moving parts. Depending on the system, they may also control temperature, create hydraulic pressure, reduce friction, prevent corrosion and remove contaminants.
As fluids age, their ability to perform these functions can decrease. Neglected fluids may contribute to overheating, poor shifting, accelerated component wear, corrosion, braking concerns, steering problems and premature drivetrain failure.
When Should Fluids Be Replaced?
There is no single mileage interval that applies to every vehicle or every fluid. We recommend following the vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance schedule while also considering fluid condition, vehicle age and how the vehicle is driven.
Vehicles used for towing, frequent stop-and-go driving, short trips, off-road use or other severe operating conditions may require certain fluids to be serviced more frequently.
